The preferred candidate will be on-site and will reside in the Bloomington, MN Metro area or in MN. The position is open to Remote for candidates in PA, MN, CO and NV only.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and creating marketing campaigns and communications supporting our proprietary brands. This role is responsible for bringing insight-based consumer and retailer campaigns to life that support brand and business KPIs. Successful candidates have a penchant for digital marketing, including ecommerce, and understand how consumers engage with and transact with brands. Additionally, successful candidates will layer in B2B marketing strategy and understand how to grow both direct and wholesale sides of the business.

  • Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Product teams to develop and execute marketing campaign strategies supporting new product launches, business driving initiatives, and brand defining campaigns across B2B and B2C channels.* [25%]

  • Responsible for consumer and retailer journeys across web, email, social, and retail. With specific channel management responsibilities on social.* [25%]

  • Measure and report out on KPIs for each marketing campaign ensuring it aligns with strategic goals for the brand and delivers on business results.* [15%]

  • Partner with Creative teams to ideate and develop key messages and content to bring brand and product campaigns to life. * [15%]

  • Manage and execute an ecommerce marketing strategy encompassing on: website optimization, product merchandising, navigation updates, and email marketing [10%]

  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on annual GTM calendar and strategies supporting both Product and Sales initiatives * [10%]

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or a related field

  • Experience or proven knowledge of digital and ecommerce marketing success

  • Proven strong writing, editing and communication skills with a desire to improve

  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and solving marketing challenges

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills and a proven track record of working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Adept and experienced in how to effectively communicate across multiple channels and mediums

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience with B2C marketing, and 1 year of experience or proven knowledge of B2B marketing

  • Marketing experience with consumer lifestyle, outdoor or cycling brand(s)

  • Curious nature and willingness to ask questions

  • Desire to grow professionally

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and competing priorities under minimal supervision

  • Able to operate effectively amid ambiguity and rapid change.

  • OTHER RELATED CRITERIA

  • Domestic and International Travel

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to nine times a year which includes flying by plane and driving a motor vehicle. Must possess a valid US Passport and driver's license and fulfill the requirements of being a QBP Approved Driver.
