Bessemer Trust is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to provide overall brand stewardship and strategic direction to deliver the firm's brand and visual identity across multiple channels and audiences. Through this work, the Brand Marketing Manager will play a significant role in enhancing the overall Bessemer Trust client and employee experience, extending the firm's brand positioning, and defining what it means to be a multifamily office in the 21st century.
Working closely with senior executives across the firm, the Brand Marketing Manager will bring the brand vision to life through impactful and engaging creative solutions. Key to success will be the ability to extend the brand across all marketing channels.
In this role the candidate will be expected to:
Develop and present creative concepts, align key stakeholders and resources, and manage external agencies to deliver flawless results on time and on budget.
Lead an internal team to create branded materials to support a variety of client-facing programs while managing multiple concurrent project deadlines.
Interact with senior executives across the firm and build strong and collaborative relationships with a diverse set of colleagues and internal stakeholders.
Act as the firm's brand champion, advocating a consistent identity for a range of channels from the Annual Report to events to thought leadership, to digital.
10-15 years of relevant expertise. Experience in financial services industry, and specifically private wealth management, is desirable.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, integrated marketing, and design principles.
Proven ability to identify, build relationships with, and manage multiple external agencies and vendors e.g. mail house, printers, design and production agencies, consultants, photographers, and proofreaders.
Experience with translating creative concepts into high-quality branded touchpoints across multiple channels print, digital, etc.
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead large, cross-organizational programs, on time and on budget.
Excellent ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with executive management, including at the C-suite level.
Ability to build relationships, influence others, and have a resiliency to deal with ambiguity and guide others through change.
Deep knowledge of production, paper selection, printing processes, and design software (creative suite).
Exceptional leadership, people, and project management skills.
Broad understanding of wealth planning, investment management, and family office services offerings (concepts, products, and services).
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree a plus.
