Brand Marketing Coordinator

This is a hybrid position based in Verona, NY. Candidates will need to be local to the area to be in office 2 to 3 days a week.

Under the direction of the Brand Strategy Managers, the Marketing Coordinator supports the overall marketing efforts of Turning Stone Resort Casino and Turning Stone Enterprises by coordinating and managing marketing projects to assist the various lines of business in achieving their brand, revenue and financial goals. What you'll do as a Brand Marketing Coordinator

• Works collaboratively and proactively with a team of marketing professionals in developing advertising and communication tools to successfully implement campaign tactics including promotional programs, digital communications, CRM, and sales support

• Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use

• Attends and organizes department meetings with Brand Managers, to accurately take notes and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives

• Organizes and tracks campaign progress utilizing spreadsheets and additional department analytic tools

• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing various data reports from internal databases such as CRM, Google Analytics, as well as external resources through agency partners

• Develops knowledge and familiarity with Resort, Food-and-Beverage, Entertainment, and other lines of business to effectively support growth initiatives. Works cooperatively to execute marketing ideas with Brand Managers to achieve goals.

• Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed

• Develop relationships with 3rd party vendors to assist in campaign execution

• Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership

To be successful as a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you'll need

• Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy - highly organized, results-oriented, and able to take initiative and complete projects on time

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to execute multiple projects

• General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing)

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required for Oneida Nation Enterprises

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or relevant field

• Previous internship experience in a relevant field is a plus or 0-2 year of work experience in similar position
