Pepsi TM is seeking a dynamic, highly collaborative and creative marketer with a passion for marketing communication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the fields of traditional and digital advertising, creative development, media planning, and retail activation. This person will help bring cultural relevance and consumer resonance to Pepsi TM, while positioning the brand for success in an ever-changing marketing environment.
This role is a part of the Pepsi TM Marketing Communications team, which is focused on building brand equity, product awareness, and consumer demand for Pepsi products. As part of this team, the role is responsible for the development and execution of all 360 product campaigns for Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Zero Sugar, Pepsi Flavors, and Pepsi Real Sugar. Campaigns will focus on communicating the functional and emotional benefits of all relevant products and will do so through above the line media and below the line retail and experiential activations. Success in this role represents itself through improved product awareness and strengthened consumer pull at retail.
Key responsibilities will include:
Refreshing the brand's approach to social media through activations that are digitally native and steeped in cultural insights
Collaborating with partner agencies and cross-functional partners to integrate our marketing campaigns across all digital touchpoints
Immersing and educating the broader brand team and its partners in the new brand positioning and cultural moments
Defining our cultural-branding strategy; identifying opportunities throughout sports, music, and entertainment broadly to increase Pepsi brand relevance.
Undergraduate Degree, MBA preferred but not required
