The Brand Manager will enhance Silverwing Travel's brand presence, drive marketing initiatives, and support the CEO COO in achieving the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury travel market to promote our offerings and elevate our brand reputation effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to delight clients throughout their luxury travel journeyfrom planning to post-travel follow-upsto ensure Silverwing Travel remains top-of-mind. Personalize client interactions and offer tailored experiences that exceed expectations, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives and contribute to the companys revenue goals. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the COO to define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Silverwing Travel's luxury positioning and business goals. Conduct market research to understand trends in the luxury travel sector and identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns that reflect Silverwing Travel's identity, including unique travel packages, exclusive partnerships, and personalized services. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Marketing and Campaign Execution: Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns across various digital, print, and social media channels. Ensure campaigns align with the brands tone, voice, and visual identity.
Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed. Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Partner with the COO to manage and maintain the company's presence on social media platforms, creating and curating content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with external digital agencies or in-house teams to drive online traffic, increase direct bookings, and improve conversion rates. Utilize data and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize marketing efforts. Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of marketing experience, focusing on content creation that leads to sales and engagement. Strong understanding of website analytics tools and experience using data to drive decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva) and experience developing visual content for marketing campaigns. Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on industry and platform trends.
