What You Will Do
As the Brand Manager, you will lead the efforts for strengthening The Raley's Companies public image and driving customer loyalty through the implementation of marketing initiatives. You will lead the creation of all marketing campaigns and events for Raley's, Bel Air, Nob Hill, Raley's ONE Market, Bashas' and Din brands. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and have Brand Specialists on your team that will execute effective campaigns. You will manage performance by monitoring marketing results, public perception, industry trends and competitive actions.
How You will Make a Difference
You will be responsible for corporate branding of The Raley's Companies and internal marketing.
You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop quarterly marketing plans to include paid advertising, loyalty communications (e-mail, print and push), earned social media, store signage, website content, and events
You will keepup to dateon trends in the industry to incorporate in quarterly plans.
You will initiate projects with marketing team to execute on quarterly marketing plans. Partners with Traffic Manager to ensure timelines and approval requirements are achieved.
You will develop creative briefs and creates job tickets.
You will work independently and collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed correctly and optimized.
You will work with Category Managers and Operations teams to answer questions and gain information to ensure projects stay on track.
You will serve as the project lead for assigned brands and communicates initiatives and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
You will oversee local events and marketing opportunities with/on behalf the brand in conjunction with marketing and PR teams to include new store openings.
You will apply independent judgement and sound decision-making to resolve issues that arise during marketing activities and seeks to maintain desired outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field and a minimum of five or more (5+) years of experience as a Brand Manager or Account leader for a retailer\
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Grocery retail experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of print, digital and creative production process.
