Principle Auto is looking for an outstanding marketing professional who understands both traditional and digital marketing. This is NOT a Graphic Designer role. We are looking for a team player who has the drive to win and succeed. Can you think strategically and execute on tactics with precision? Can you make sense of the multiple data sources and streams, separate the important data points from the noise and make intelligent and data-based business decisions to move the needle forward?

You are responsible for leading the planning and implementation of the field marketing strategy and initiatives for with various local marketing tactics. We will want you to develop, maintain, track and support marketing programs including (but not limited to): campaign and initiative execution (both digital and traditional), project plan and event management, tactical support for marketing initiatives, liaison for advertising, public relations, creative requests. This person will be responsible for on-going marketing research and analysis to identify marketing opportunities including market share, purchase funnel, demographic data, industry trends and ROI analysis.

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities of the Brand Manager:

  • Collaborate with dealership management and conduct planning and execution of all store and local level event schedules, event logistics, creative approvals, tracking and submission of invoices ensuring payment processing.

  • Create and development alignment between OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 marketing programs and initiatives.

  • Plan and activate Principle Auto and store sponsorships in market.

  • Work with OEM's to plan and coordinate co-op marketing campaigns.

  • Oversee local creative for the market with vendors and Home Office. Localize the proper strategy and brand experience for community events and sponsorships

  • Work cross-functionally on all aspects of SEO including keyword research, analytics, content strategy, and implementation of technical SEO tactics.

  • Align with paid search and SEO / SEM to continually optimize content, performance, and digital analytics across Principle Auto dealerships.

  • Proactively provide ideas and feedback to the team in order to grow the business from a grassroots approach by maximizing local market knowledge and competitive advantages

  • Conduct competitive analysis and collect data (brand awareness, customer perception, traffic & sales results) and draw conclusions that can be translated into actionable and concrete business strategies and tactics.

  • Responsible for managing and tracking budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual

basis.

Summary

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience executing a marketing function in a corporate, field, or agency environment

  • Deep understanding of demand generation activities and channels (including segment marketing, demand creation, experiential marketing, event management, campaign execution, social media, display advertising, etc.)

  • Expereince managing budgets.

  • Fully versed in both SEO and SEM marketing functions

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong grasp of consumer insights with the unique understanding of both qualitative and quantitative interpretation of data.

  • Requires some travel

  • Bachelor's degree (Must)

  • Master's degree (Preferred)
