The brand manager is the business owner of the brand creating and evolving the brand vision, defining the brand strategy and overseeing the execution of all brand marketing activities in alignment with consumer needs and the corporate vision, mission, and strategy. This role is a cross functional leader and brand champion developing tools and selling stories to generate excitement with internal teams and external partners to launch new products and execute marketing activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Own the roadmap: Develop and evolve brand vision and strategies across all selling channels, relentlessly identify opportunities and risks, and recommend specific action plans that align with corporate strategy. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in business, Marketing or Related Field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or product development, preferably in consumer-packaged goods space with a track record of delivering business
Experience working with customers, agencies, and cross functional team
