Job Summary

This individual will lead the implementation of the Global Brand and Product Strategy for the Personal Care category, throughout Latin American. This role will be responsible for planning, designing and successfully implementing all Marcomm for Remington products in assigned markets. This role will work with Global Product Managers, Global Marketing and Country marketing teams to identify consumer-centric winning portfolio and successfully bring it to market.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Brand Management

  • Align with Global brand leads, shape and communicate the Brand's vision and mission through-out the Latin America organization.

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies aimed to increase brand awareness.

  • Assist in the definition of marketing plans, including product positioning, competitive analysis, campaign content, country tropicalization & implementation.

  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" on brand engagement or sales generation across omnichannel strategy.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

  • Assist in the gathering market and competitive data to drive portfolio and marketing decisions.

Digital Marketing

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Manager and in-country marketing leads to identify and implement Brand Campaigns across digital channels.

  • Ensure exposure and portfolio maximization across retailers' eCommerce.

  • Work with Digital Marketing Mgr. and countries to identify opportunities to increase website traffic.

  • Ensure Brand implementation and consistency across all digital outlets, including social media.

  • Maintain website updated with NPI.

Product Communications Planning & Implementation

  • Work with Global Marketing and external agencies to develop and execute PR, advertising, promotion, and website programs, and analyze results.

  • Ensure accuracy of product information in gif boxes, sell sheets and other marketing materials.

  • Identify, align with countries, and produce region-specific assets.

Consumer Insights

  • Plan for and utilize market research to affect key marketing plans and decisions.

  • Assist in providing direction for market research to identify/track consumer and market trends (internal and external research - primary & secondary).

  • Continuously audit marketplace to understand competitive position, pricing and competitive threats.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration

  • Marketing or related field or 5 plus years of experience in a similar role.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive experience in product marketing, brand management or advertising.

Required Skills

  • Excellent ability to communicate and present to all levels of employees both internally and externally.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish. Written Spanish is a must.

  • Expert in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to, Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Experience managing/collaborating with creative agencies.

  • Need strong ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

  • Ability to respond to feedback in a timely manner and work within tight deadlines.

  • Cooperation - Job requires collaboration with peers across other departments and countries. Displaying a good-nature, cooperative attitude is a must.
