This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Serve as a US Brand Lead, leading day to day operations of a purpose-driven, humanity-focused brand Lead day to day business operations, partnering closely with customer strategy, analytics, finance, and demand/supply planning teams to drive the overall health of the business and deliver against financial targets.

Make good commercial decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining portfolio growth and equity strength. Manage two associate brand managers and foster development and growth, providing coaching and guidance Lead development and execution of brand plans. This includes creating annual business plans as well as long-term strategy Close partnership with Innovation team to build short and long-term strategy Close partnership with Global Marketing team to deliver against best-in-industry campaigns and initiatives that also improve the lives of our consumers Lead Commercialization of innovation Engage, influence, and align key internal stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of strategy and activities.

Partner with internal and external partners (including agencies, consumer insights, design and customer strategy and sales teams), inspiring them to develop the Omnichannel strategy to deliver brand sales, share growth, increases penetration, and build brand equity Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer product goods (CPG) 2 years experience as a brand manager/product manager/innovation manager Experience in budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen. Experience in analytics and data, budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen. Preferred Qualifications:

Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program. On day one, you are eligible for benefits, including our healthcare programs where the company pays for the majority of your medical coverage for you and your family.

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. Industrial Engineering Manager About the role This is an amazing opportunity for a supply chain professional with proven Industrial Engineering skills to manage the factory capacities for all the Haleon NA production workstreams ensuring that the business maximizes its potential activities and production output. <br><br> The Industrial Engineering Manager role is fundamental and carry a tactical and strategical responsibility, which is key to drive performance and service. This position sits in Warren, NJ and reports to the NA Director of Network Operations. Key responsibilities Review Value Streams and related Process Flows, with an end goal of clear understanding of the installed capacity in our Internal Sites and CMOs, related bottlenecks and inefficiencies. <br><br> Review Engineering Specifications of Internal Sites lines manufacturing and packaging lines to provide the design output to our Internal Sites and expected efficiencies. Acting as a Business Owner, defining and executing a standardized Capacity Management Process for our Internal Sites and CMOs. In partnership with the internal Sites Planning Teams and CMOs SRTs. define the correct capacity to be used by the Planning Hub during the monthly planning cycles. <br><br> Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient. Support the Long-Term Capacity Plan annual process and quarterly reviews. In partnership with the Network Operations Leads, support the implementation of approved Insourcing initiatives moving products from External Sources (CMOs and overseas Haleon sites) into our Internal Sites and from Internal Sites to Internal Sites. <br><br> Why you?
