As a Brand Manager for Pralines & Seasonals you will be involved in the seasonal Milka activations for and not limited to Valentines, Easter and Christmas. It is essential that we are bold in asking the questions others are afraid to ask. Courageous in how we find new ways to work with each other and our partners.

You'll be focused on why the brand exists today, taking cultural and competitive factors into account, and using your knowledge to unlock potential for Milka (internationally) and Figaro (locally) by influencing the whole Chocolate category in Czech Republic and Slovakia through implementing innovation and influencing brand strategies. And you'll also see how Marketing fits into the bigger picture being involved in bigger projects. Which will mean getting to grips with how our business works, our best practices and how technology affects what we do.

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Implement global strategies for Milka, develop optimum local strategies

  • Develop local activations for Seasonals (Xmas and Easter) and communicate pralines in relevant occasions across the year.

  • Develop local activations national campaigns, ATL BTL

  • Lead and create the content for one of the best Instagram profiles in Czech Republic

  • Cooperate with local influencers

  • Develop strategy (incl. portfolio, pricing, value optimization) & marketing plans and monitor brand performance

  • Full responsibility for media and local campaigns budget

  • Ensure excellent, timely and cost compliant execution of planned initiatives

  • Inspire passion for the brand throughout the organization

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter personalities, who are open to embrace the challenge of managing part of chocolate business through development of strategies and execution of programs for the respective parts of Chocolate business.

What we expect from you:

  • University degree (preferably in economics, marketing or management)

  • Passion for Global Brands

  • Proven experience in Corporate Brand or Trade Marketing

  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with strong leadership skills

  • Strong conceptual thinking and perspective

  • Commercial acumen, P&L literate

  • Excellent communication skills, incl. working in remote teams

  • Perseverance and ability to work under pressure

  • Good understanding and application of marketing concepts

  • Practical experience in dealing with agencies (packaging, promotion, advertising)

  • MS Office fluency

  • Fluent in English

  • Fluent in Czech or Slovak

This position will help develop curriculum and deliver instruction for our customized training programs. The Weld Engineering Manager will also help to assess, train and develop our employees to ensure that we have talented Welders high potential talent in our facility. A critical part of this role will be to evaluate our current processes and collaborate with key partners to implements new technologies. Lastly, this position will be a key resource in providing technical support to Design Engineering and Manufacturing in areas concerning welding, metallurgy, non-destructive testing, and mechanical testing. What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… * Identify and spearhead continuous improvement welding projects and manage from inception through full implementation. * Research, recommend, and develop (where applicable) the latest welding technologies for implementation on the shop floor. * Collaborates with key partners to evaluate employees technical training needs, assist in developing training programs using internal and external sources, and conducts training courses. * Responds to internal requests for training and participates in consultations with the Production Managers to determine training needs. Helps to develop proper training programs using a combination of training methods such as hands-on training, videos and lectures. Monitors and evaluates the training program effectiveness. * Participates in follow-up activities to determine if the training programs are effective. * Provide engineering data, recommendations, and specify welds to New Product Development and Product Engineering relative to welding procedures and materials. * Insure that weld processes and procedures satisfy all existing code requirements for pressure vessels. * Oversee destructive and non-destructive testing of products with all departments and outside vendors. * Analyze and make recommendations to reduce rework due to weld failures and/or quality welds. * Establish and supervise welding qualification tests including those that are mandatory, i.e. ASME, AAR, PED. * Develop and document electronically all PQR's and WPS's welding policies and procedures * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Your Professional Experience Should Be… * Three to five years of experience in a metal fabrication environment. * Skilled in successfully working with multi-functional departments to achieve desired results * Possess a working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods. * Previous experience in non-destructive testing. * Knowledge of related codes and standards – such as ISO 9001, AAR, ASME etc. Your Education Should Be… Bachelor's degree in Weld Engineering Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… * Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and occasional crawling. * Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., occasional heavier lifting. * Occasional pushing, pulling, and handling of materials. * Occasional carrying up to 50 lbs., occasional heavier carrying. * Occasional climbing and possible working at elevated positions. * Exposure to metal cutting, welding odors, and incidental acceptable limits of x-ray radiation. * May involve exposure to chemical odors. * May involve exposure to temperature extremes. * Exposure to overhead objects and debris. * Required use of safety glasses with side shields, ANSI approved steel-toed safety shoes, welding helmets, and hard hats (in designated areas) and other PPE as defined by specific operations.
