We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Manager to join us at an exciting time as we bring our newly independent Worldpay brand to life across digital and physical channels. Reporting into the Head of Brand, this brand marketer role will grow as our business continues to expand. The ideal candidate is a proven brand champion with an extensive background in brand application and activation, preferably in payments, financial services, banking or fintech. They should have a demonstrable background of brand creation and management across diverse channels, whether paid, earned or owned. They will need to be creative, coming up with new ideas to elevate our brand fame and attention. They of course will need to be exceptional brand guardians, managing/ developing the visual identity of a global brand that sells and works with to multiple audiences and personas - including merchants of all sizes, partners such as major card schemes, resellers/ISOs and more.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key contributor to shaping the visual identity and brand marketing strategy, working collaboratively with the Head of Brand.
Develops the identity of Worldpay's global brand through activation across multiple channels. This includes, but is not limited to, campaigns, social media, employee engagement and brand experiences (such as tradeshows and events)
Creates and champions brand growth whilst maintaining brand integrity.
Develops and maintains brand guidelines, tone of voice guidelines, and other materials that ensure consistency across a large-scale Worldpay business with thousands of employees.
Regional brand champion and liasion - integrating consistent, engaging brand storytelling into multiple channels across the Worldpay to drive familiarity.
Manages external vendor agencies in collaboration with the creative services team to ensure that the Worldpay brand meets the company's standards for quality and effectiveness.
Manage interactions with Line of Business marketing teams and other internal functionals stakeholders while overseeing brand execution both internally and externally.
Develop captivating creative concepts for multiple teams across Worldpay that resonate with and will engage with relevant market audiences.
Work closely with internal stakeholders team to keep them updated with brand news and tone of voice when going to market.
Report on brand experience improvements ensuring execution of all developments.
