Chewy Brands, in hypergrowth mode, is seeking a highly motivated Brand Manager to deliver cross-functional marketing efforts behind our own brands, including Frisco, American Journey, and Tylee's. Join our growing, fast-paced team in Dania Beach, FL where you'll be responsible for cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building CPG brands, has strong digital marketing experience and thrives in a small collaborative cross-functional environment.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing plans and programs for promotions and product launches.

  • Contribute to new product ideation including but not limited to concept, packaging, naming, formula; develop and execute new product positioning statements.

  • Partner with product development teams and training to develop marketing capabilities (e.g., training guides, marketing toolkits, etc.) that highlight our awesome products.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative team to develop media plans and support materials that align with the overall brand voice, platform, and strategy.

  • Be the voice of the customer to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.

  • Stay current on new site enhancements to drive future marketing actions and decisions.

  • Manage and monitor timelines for packaging and promotional projects.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a CPG, brand, direct marketing, ecommerce environment is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising or Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA a plus.

With storytelling, strategic insights and data acumen, this role will actively shape and express the Chewy brand to drive consumer awareness, preference and loyalty. Primary Responsibilities: Contribute to brand strategy development (vision, mission, values, positioning, architecture, etc) Translate strategy into integrated marketing plans and campaign strategy across consumer touchpoints focusing on the Chewy brand and Chewy.com Leverage market insights, competitive understanding and deep consumer insights based on macro view of the market and the specific Chewy audience and customer base. Collaborate with category marketing managers to ensure product marketing campaigns are consistent with Chewy brand voice, personality and values. Partner with internal creative services as well as external agencies to develop creative strategy, campaign ideation and execution. Determine the right marketing mix and deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing campaign execution. Create close collaborative relationships with marketing channel specialists (email, social, digital paid and organic, digital video, TV, OOH, events, sponsorships, partnerships, PR etc). Establish metrics and optimize strategy and execution based on consumer insights, marketing analytics and behavioral data. Establish campaign metrics and reporting to the broader organization Develop internal case studies and evangelize best practices in consumer centric, data informed marketing.
