We are seeking an experienced CPG Brand Manager who is passionate about driving brand growth and is in-tune and experienced with current Marketing trends to expand a major strategic Bimbo Bakeries USA brand/Category
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support the Brand Marketing group with the overarching communication strategy of the brand
Support Marketing Director on key day-to-day business management functions for the donuts, cakes, and loafs segments
Lead of multiple strategic cross-functional teams including Research & Development, Commercialization, Manufacturing, Packaging, Finance, Procurement and Multiple 3rd party agencies/vendors for the development of new product initiatives
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the brand's consumer programs in all BBU geographies (Business Units)
Liaison between the Marketing team and the MCO (Marketing Center of Excellence) teams for all major Market, Consumer, and Product research and media planning initiatives for the brand
Liaison between the MCO-Packaging and Graphics team for all major and minor improvements on the packaging of the brand's portfolio
Co-Lead relationships with Advertising, Social Media and Website agencies
Lead development of sales presentations, sell sheets and field communications
Willingness to travel, approx. 30% of the time to all Business Units in the country

Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. MS or MBA preferred.
A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
5-7+ years of experience, CPG preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate business insights from diverse data sources and use that data to convey compelling selling stories/solutions for the sales force.
Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.
Computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Margin Minder or Micro-strategies if internal)
Proficient level in IRI suite (Unify).
Working knowledge of marketing plan development and execution.
Market and Consumer insights research experience will be considered as a plus.
Examples of prior brand strategy work will be requested, along with references.
