Beni Rugs seeks to evolve the concept of heritage by redefining how rugs are designed, woven, and purchased.

To support us in achieving our mission, we are seeking a passionate brand manager, who will help us design the future of the rug market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evolve the brand identity and voice for campaigns across multiple channels, including digital/email, social media, physical, experiential, print, and more.
  • Ensure the creative integrity of all campaigns and deliverables to ensure that Beni is a global brand leader. Be the guardian of the Beni brand.
  • Act as a thought partner to co-founder for high-level marketing objectives and strategy.
  • Create balance between a communication plan that speaks to both trade and retail clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of our creative initiatives, including (but not limited to) a frequent cadence of content development for all digital channels, creative campaigns supporting product launches, as well as performance marketing-led initiatives, campaign photoshoots, and innovative physical experiences.
  • Lead the kick-off of every project with clearly defined objectives, deliverables, and delivery dates and ensure end-to-end operational success of each initiative.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and constantly assess ROI and KPIs to ensure optimum deployment of resources.
  • Become one with the marketing calendar and company objectives, ensuring that each project is a step towards achieving these objectives
  • Review all creative work and deliverables with a detailed and strategic eye to ensure theyre error-free, on-brand, and align with the goals of the brief.
  • Manage and coordinate team members and freelancers who play a role in Beni's email, social, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in creative team resourcing and support project prioritization and assignment across the entire team.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar to specific timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and be ready to dig in, work collaboratively and carry a positive attitude, always.
  • Being solution oriented, a team first collaborator, energy giver, passionate about design, empathetic and curious to learn
  • Okay with a small, dynamic, fast-paced environment and team
  • Ability to see the big picture and execute on small details
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in brand, creative, account, or project managementeither at a creative agency or in-house brand with a focus on omni-channel content development and deep understanding of design
  • Extremely organized and detail-orientedable to manage multiple moving pieces, projects and meet deadlines, all while striving for excellence
  • Proactive and process-driven with a keen eye for operational efficiency builds and the consistent desire to take initiative
  • Both creative and business-minded. You know how to talk to both sides of the table
  • "No task is too small" attitude
  • Experience working across multiple platformssuch as print, digital, photo, video and experiential
