In this role, you will gain valuable experience communicating with target groups that include recognized professional salons, retailers, and mass merchandisers worldwide.

Responsibilities: · Scope, develop and implement brand programs that incentivize customer acquisition and retention with direction from Marketing/Brand Development Director · Write compelling marketing and creative briefs for the internal teams that help bring key brand moments and launches to life, seeing execution through cross-functional channels · Manage the brand narrative, aesthetic, and communication strategy in partnership with Marketing/Brand Development Director · Generate and develop new product strategy and launch plans for a multi-brand portfolio. · Execute timely implementation of all plans and manage delivery of key marketing assets including internal and external processes and approvals. · Ensure strategic consistency with campaign materials that include PR and advertising, product packaging and pricing, retail and merchandising executions. · Partner closely with Retail, Marketing and Sales teams to secure product and promotion placement in key accounts. · Effectively communicate brand strategies to sales team, and other relevant stakeholders as well as external partners · Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our target audience and routinely understand the effectiveness of our marketing programs, promoting a test and learn mindset among the broader team · Manage pricing strategy and analyses of existing and new products. · Assist in overseeing market research and consumer insights. · Evaluate opportunities with existing brand portfolio. · Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals. · Supporting the delivery of the brand promise to ensure growth within all distribution channels. · Product lifecycle management Requirements: · A bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing or a related Field · Must have minimum of 3-5 years in Beauty Brand Marketing/Brand or Product Development/Brand Management in the NAIL CATEGORY with a proven track record of increasing responsibility and success · Must have an excellent work ethic · Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking, reasoning and problem-solving skills. · Strong interpersonal and active listening skills · Able to inspire and encourage teamwork and be extremely collaborative. · Maintain high level of accomplishment with minimal supervision. · Take initiative in finding ways to improve work-related processes. · Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment. · Expert at multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities daily. · Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. · Have excellent project management/project coordination skills · Must be detail oriented and complete work with exceptional accuracy · Must have strong PowerPoint, excel and Canva skill · For immediate consideration, please send your resume, link to your portfolio, and writing samples.
