Ethos is looking for a Brand Designer express the Ethos brand across all touch points. As a Brand Designer at Ethos, you will play an instrumental role in shaping every aspect of the brand and work closely with a talented team to develop novel solutions to large and interesting challenges.
We expect that you will traverse between shaping the overall vision and direction of the Ethos story and meticulous design detail. You should be a pioneer who is not afraid to experiment, invent, and occasionally fail. You should be energized by building from the ground up, designing moments and experiences that drive business value and make customers smile.
Tell Ethos' story by designing solutions with compelling visuals, iconography, typography, imagery, animation and infographics across all print and digital channels and platforms.
Maintain and evolve the Ethos brand and design system ensuring, consistency across all touch points
Incorporate customer, product and business goals into design solutions.
Represent design in cross-team collaborations with data, marketing, and user research.
Share honest, thoughtful feedback with fellow designers. Commit to continually learning,
training, and improving yourself and others.
Work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Identify and pitch ideas that create business or user value to the management team.
Skills and Experience:
4+ years brand design experience at a top agency or consumer company
Demonstrated ability and passion for branding and visual identity systems understanding how to build a brand from the ground up, as well as experience in digital and/or consumer experiences
Experience leading projects and process spanning insights, ideation and validation
through to design implementation.
Meticulous attention to detail applied across usability and aesthetics.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual); openness to collaboration and continual
