Brex is looking for a brand designer to join the Brand Studio, a cross-disciplinary group of creatives including designers, copywriters, media buyers, user research, and marketing strategists. Our team's mission is to build a category-defining brand and meaningfully move key business metrics by delivering world-class creative.
Your role will be to execute a variety of creative projects across marketing collateral, digital experiences, out-of-home, advertising, and more. You'll work closely with various Marketing teams and the rest of the Brand Studio to ship effective brand marketing projects and campaigns. You're a self-starter, motivated by learning and shipping quickly, and are a creative problem solver with a passion for polish.
Collaborate with our internal partners across marketing, web, product, and beyond to develop concepts and execute world-class creative
Design landing pages, advertising assets, collateral, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary creatives on the Brand Studio team to bring ideas to life
Represent the design team to internal stakeholders, and provide input that will help shape planning and strategy
Deliver and solicit feedback to continually improve the Brex brand and raise the quality and craftsmanship of our output; maintaining brand guidelines
Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of partners and stakeholders
Provide feedback and art direction to external creative agencies and vendors
What We Value:
3+ years design experience
Experience developing creative brand and acquisition campaigns
Experience collaborating closely with marketing organizations
Appetite for problem-solving and thrives in high-velocity, deadline-driven environments
Experience designing for web, email, offline media, and video
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience art directing photographers/videographers, illustrators, or 3D designers
Experience on an internal creative team
Motion Design, Video, or Illustration experience
