? 10+ years experience as a leader and designer of brand design experiences ? An inspired portfolio of work that demonstrates a deep understanding of the problem, paired with elegant, innovative, and thoughtful solutions ? A strong visual aesthetic centered around illustration, motion, and interactive experiences ? A strong visual and UX design foundation with an understanding of how to apply it into satisfying user experiences ? An excellent understanding of how to apply visual storytelling to create emotional resonance ? A strong understanding of how to empower, coach, and guide your team to draw out their best work ? Strong collaborative and communication skills to work on a close-knit team ? Lime is looking for a Head of Brand and Design Creative to helm the creative vision of the company by leading the creative development and brand vision for emerging corporate and local markets around the world. You will be tasked with creating innovative ways to represent and broadcast Lime as an effective and thoughtful lifestyle brand. This position demands high quality and consistency of design and vision. You love doing innovative, cutting-edge work and have experience with print, digital, broadcast, interactive, experiential and environmental design all in the service of supporting business goals and outcomes. You are a strategic, motivating and scrappy leader. You are comfortable both leading and working with a creative team, helping out on all levels when needed. You can ideate and develop creative campaigns that communicate the brand vision with excitement, flair and that contribute to the growth, evolution and recognizability of the brand's identity. You have a strong business sense and understand how brand identity contributes to the bottom line. We move at a very fast pace in a state of ambiguity and evolution, and have high expectations for quality and impact. You'll need to embrace the antithetical dynamics of a high-growth start-up.
