As a growing company, we are always looking for new team members to help us continue in our success. Orgill is currenly in search of a Brand Building Specialist. The Brand Building Specialist role involves supporting dealers and sales team members including demonstration, on-boarding, initiation of participation, and customer service for Orgill Brand Building tools and resources. "Support" may include phone calls, emails, video calls, in-person meetings, at Orgill HQ and at dealer markets. The position may also prepare and execute mailings (physical and email) to dealers and Orgill sales reps. The Brand Building Specialist is also responsible for communicating with Orgill reps, keeping them in the loop with what their associated dealers are doing with the Brand Building team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Uses a personal computer to read and compose email and communicate with vendors, dealers, Orgill reps and other associates.
Communicates on the phone, over video call and in person with dealers, vendors, Orgill reps and other associates about services, resources, projects and related details.
Works in the software that dealers use through the Orgill Brand Building Program to execute their marketing efforts, often with administrative access.
Uses other software as trained and directed.
Conduct marketing service focused presentations and webinars as assigned
Contribute to email campaigns to support services
Supports growth and retention of BrandBase Services / Tool Participation as assigned
Onboards dealers use of Brand Building services and solutions
Maintains accurate records of dealer/customer participation of Brand Building services and tools as assigned
Meets project deadlines and coordinate progress with multiple stakeholders and contributors as assigned
Communicate with Brand Building third party vendors as assigned
Identify, communicate and problem solve when opportunities for improvement or issues occur within assigned projects and work processes
Collaborate and support other team members including dealer customer service and sales team support
Cross-train team members as needed with tools, technology and services
Collaborate with Tyndale on group projects and project handoffs as appropriate
Support preparation and execution of Dealer Market and Online Buying event efforts
Use technology to measure and manage data as needed
Performs other tasks necessary or required to support the successful conduct of the business.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Success Factors - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skill and proficiency in extracting data from multiple sources for the purpose of analysis and reporting. (example: proficient use of data warehouse systems such as the PIM and Custom Query to mine raw data and then convert into usable reports in sheets or excel).
Requires the ability to work with all levels of internal and external management and staff candidly and effectively
Ability to coordinate tasks and project timelines with multiple team members, handle multiple clients and work in a high paced, technology-based environment.
Should be detail-oriented and strive for accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Solid English grammar and writing skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and in a team environment both off and on-site
Ability to accept, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Has solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Required Job Qualifications:
Regular on-site, in person attendance
College degree or Job experience equivalent.
Some travel required
Preferred Job Qualifications:
College degree in marketing or business related major or marketing job experience equivalent.
BA or a BS degree
Retail experience at corporate or store level
