Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador is an internship-like, entry level position, responsible for the implementation of the WAITR product coordination in the specific marketing area, in which they function. Responsible for achieving and carrying out the development and defining the overall vision and strategy of WAITR's on-demand product.

This position represents the WAITR brand to targeted customers in order to increase awareness, create a specific image, and build customer preference. Also oversees, with management support external resources needed during each stage of product development from product launch, download and through product development.

Creative solutions driven mindset, with a get it done attitude. Relevant experience in consumer service marketing is helpful.

Restaurant experience is helpful especially within the specific City Market. Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen. Entrepreneurial DNA and fear tolerance.

Relationships:

This position will report to a Regional Marketing Manager (RMM).

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Elevates the WAITR brand in assigned market

Works closely with RMM to develop strategy and weekly priority tasks

Initiates, monitors and enforces schedules and costs.

Builds positive relationships with WAITR restaurant partners

Identifies the Waitr pitch and goals. Works with RMM and other Brand Ambassadors to achieve them.

Works with RMM on analyzing and deciding on local marketing efforts, such as sponsorships, events, etc

Maintains consistent replenishment of marketing materials to our restaurant partners and assists with inventory management

Canvass (street team) designated areas that the RMM has developed

Monitors market performance and customer feedback in cooperation with customer service.

Represents WAITR at company events, when necessary.

Previous Experience and Competencies:

Education: High School diploma or 2 year Associate/Technical Degree or a related field, or equivalent. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertisement, management or communications is allowed.

Experience: Minimum of one year of project coordination experience, product development and/or brand/project management experience, preferred by not required.

This activation is an in-field program where teams will promote a national big-box retailer's on-line home grocery ordering/pickup service in the retailer. Brand Ambassadors will excite, entertain and inform shoppers of everything our client has to offer. Training: February 12th Dates: March 3rd and 4th Hours: 11am to 6pm The Brand Ambassador will: * Enthusiastically represent Mosaic and our client * Educate and inform shoppers about the everything our client has to offer * Engage shoppers and share key messages about our client's & sponsor's products to create a "buzz" to gain attention * Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for shoppers * Work with local vendors and public service officers to give the shoppers a fun event-filled experience * Provide detailed feedback on shopper interactions and comments * Present a professional appearance * Wear specifically required apparel * Attend in-depth and comprehensive brand/product training * Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert * Set up & Breakdown event equipment * Must be available on specific event days * Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift * Existing knowledge and experience with large big box stores is a plus * Previous promotional experience is required. Large scale event experience is preferred * Extremely outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic * Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with shoppers * Strong communication skills * Dependable and reliable * Must be able to commit 100% to specific event days * Independent and motivated whose past experience clearly demonstrates team player abilities * Available transportation to get to and from the site is required * Must have access to computer and cell phone * Must be able to lift 30 pounds as some event equipment may be heavy Who is Mosaic?
