Talentline has partnered with an electronics brand to hire highly passionate, tech-savvy, dynamic tech enthusiasts as Sales Brand Ambassadors. This role will ultimately be responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness by creating dynamic, informative, and hands-on experiences with prospective consumers at hightraffic retail locations.

ABOUT THE JOB

Drive switching and impact customer purchase cycles by intercepting store traffic

Deliver concise and impactful Multiple Customer Engagement(MCE) demonstrations

Clearly explain key product differentiators to consumers

Translate foot traffic into sales of assigned products

Build and maintain proper brand presence through interaction & in-store merchandising of products

Manage performance against established sales goals

Maintain knowledge of all client products within location in order to be a subject matter expert onsite

Make significant impact on sales and improve the customers' buying experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology

Experience working with any of the larger wireless carriers is a plus

Independent, fully of energy, and motivated team player in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work a flexible part-time retail schedule of 24 hours weekly Friday and Saturday required

Must of ability to commute within assigned local market 3 to 5 assigned locations

Ability to stand comfortability for up to 8 hours a day

Impeccable oral, verbal and written communications and presentation skills

Bi-lingual is plus

Has a "do whatever it takes" attitude and positive mindset

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with retail or event management to train and advocate client products

  • Drive sales within your assigned territory

  • Assist in the assisted sales of products in retail store, kiosk, and event environments

  • Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products

  • Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

  • Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance

  • Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products to fit those needs

  • Advise customers by providing information on products

  • Help customers make selections by building customer confidence

  • Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays and customer feedback

  • Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed

  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations

  • Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred

  • Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, telecom or marketing experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services

  • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality

  • Reliable Transportation within assigned territory

  • Work retail and weekend hours

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, telecom or marketing experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
