Brand Ambassador - Command Center/Base

Candidate will need to be available for on-site training on Saturday, May 11th. On-Site work availability for Sunday, May 12th and Monday, May 13th.

Onsite responsibilities

o Reports to Director of Operations

o Manages radio communications throughout entire event at all times (with exception of breaks)

§ Assign and monitor all radio channels

§ Connect staff members to appropriate contact as radio requests come through

§ Track incidents that may occur during the event and connect teams to the appropriate parties to help resolve (Fire/PD, EMT, security, RP Ops, venue, etc)

§ Provide countdown for opening and conclusion of event throughout the day
