We are looking for a talented Brand + Advocacy who is interested in working for big brands and causes, online advertising strategies, and executing many day-to-day implementation and management functions.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of social networks and new media technologies
  • Knowledge of the political landscape in races across the country
  • An ability to get things done, on time
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, not required but a great benefit

The Director plays a core role maintaining and optimizing Conquer’s capabilities <em>(including planning, buying, and measuring the ongoing effect of established and evolving paid media executions) </em>and developing new offerings that can deliver paid media results for existing and new clients. They will define the KPI’s and measure progress towards agency goals for new strategic initiatives and consult with senior leadership across Conquer and associated agencies to determine what is working or not. The Director will also work alongside senior leadership (media supervisors, strategy, operations, business development, ad and billing operations) on a variety of strategic projects.
