The Brand Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day brand activities of the company. This role will be the internal quarterback for end-to-end management of the Brands on the platform, working closely with the Talent Management team and to make sure every step of the Brand experience goes smoothly. This includes on-boarding the brand with their specific opportunity, facilitating brand/influencer requests and ongoing brand management. This is a pivotal role in the company as you will be responsible for brand management and communication. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self starter, takes initiative, has excellent time management skills, is passionate about Social Media, has experience with brand management and has ability to work independently or as part of a team. Our offices are located in Beverly Hills. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Responsible for day to day brand management activities by acting as the main point of contact for brands on the platform
  • Facilitate brand onboarding, coordinating between brand/influencer communications and ongoing brand management
  • Coordinate with the Talent team to ensure that Brand/Talent communication is being facilitated
  • Create, update, and manage internal system documentation for brand communication
  • Organize data for management by preparing short-term and long-term special reports and analyses
  • Monitor connections with Brands and Talent to ensure both parties are receiving value
  • Conduct and summarize data and feedback from Brands in order to ensure their expectations are being met
  • Leverage brand communication and relationships for upsell opportunities
  • Other tasks related to brand management as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous Brand management experience is a big plus
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
  • Superior organizational skills and acute attention to detail are required
  • Solid understanding of all major social media and video platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with high-profile brands and influencers
  • Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders of varying skill sets
  • Ability to be executional while also thinking strategically
  • Excellent networking and people management skills
  • Passionate about social media and enjoys staying abreast of the latest marketing trends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to self-manage
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • A previously-demonstrated ability to create value for brands through problem-solving and the application of strategies a plus

The position handles several unique programs at varying implementation stages with multiple client contacts simultaneously. Responsibilities: * Partner with the sales team to manage the execution of programs. * Prioritize tasks for multiple programs in various stages while effectively managing all other pre-sales opportunities. * Prepare program specifications and distribute to the appropriate departments and/or functional groups (production, vendor management, accounting, and network relations) to complete all necessary internal processes. * Complete initial contract and facilitate contract negotiations between client, Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing, and Operations. * Provide necessary pre-sales assistance to the sales team. Create and distribute program presentation/quote under our current marketing department specifications. * Partner with clients on idea generation, promotion design and execution strategies according to the offerings and abilities of Fandango and it's suite of promotional products and services. * Confirm program details and manage the on time delivery of product. Maintain awareness of each department's responsibilities and facilitate communication between each department. Responsible for contact with high-level clients. * Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to monitor multiple programs, their contacts and the sales executives. * Maintain program records to accurately reflect the current disposition of active programs. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements * Ideal candidate possesses experience working in a sales or sales support environment. * Proven professional experience in client interaction and a clear understanding of national brand needs and relations. * Established project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time. * Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM Software. * Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company's sole discretion. * Must be available and willing to work extended hours (during crunch times!) per day including occasional weekends and holidays.
