Qualifications

Salary : $75,000 - $91,500

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred

• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services preferred, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving profitability

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements

• Must pass background check
