Build new and strengthen existing customer relationships by promoting the Company's products and services to maximize sales and gross margin.
Develop and maintain counter area through effective inventory management and strategic product placement.
Ensure customer service commensurate with market requirements and Company's customer service policy.
Achieve market penetration to meet district objectives.
Provide or establish training plan for all employees at location.
Schedule, plan, and implement promotional activities in conjunction with suppliers.

Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience required: Some business experience in sales, operations, service, management, or finance
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Job Requirements
4-5 years experience preferred
Four-year degree preferred: Business, management, administration, or finance
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge of the Company's sales, financial, and service functions
Knowledge of the Company's vertical customer markets
Knowledge of Branch stock and non-stock products
Knowledge of the Company's computer system, related applications, and reporting methods
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, and Excel
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Ability to interface with all levels of both external (customers and suppliers) and internal (employees and management) customers
Ability to manage, motivate and influence others to achieve the Branch's established objectives
Traditional office environment. Some travel required.
