As a Branch Services Processor II, essential responsibilities include:
Actively mitigates risk through YellowHammer review with completing maintenance and communication with appropriate personnel.
Manages NSF accounts through review, disposition, and communication following the NSF policy and approval limits.
Review, process, and monitor Debit Card/ATM Card disputes/chargebacks in compliance with MasterCard rules and regulations.
Process and respond to legal requests/notices that are served upon the bank.
Maintains and updates knowledge relating to bank products, services and procedures, including compliance and regulatory changes.
Adheres to and applies all operational standards and procedures.
Apply knowledge to assist in the training and development of Branch Services employees.
Strong data entry skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
Ability to multitask.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
