Location: 1801 E Whitestone Blvd (FM 1431) Cedar Park, TX 78613
Schedule: Flexible availability to work up to 40 hours per week during the business hours between 7:15AM - 6:45PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:30AM-2:30PM to meet branch scheduling needs.
The Branch Service Representative at United Heritage Credit Union (UHCU) is the first point of contact for our members and serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union. You will monitor lobby traffic to ensure smooth operation and outstanding member service. Each day you will greet, assist and educate members by answering basic checking, saving, loan questions and more. This position builds member loyalty by developing relationships with our members, while generating new business by actively cross-selling credit union products and services.
As a Branch Service Representative with UHCU you'll get to:
Greet members and facilitate a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
Act as primary branch contact for service and account maintenance requests, including but not limited to performing account modifications, fraud reports, check orders, account reconciliations, debit card reissues, notary services, and IRA transactions.
Perform routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
Assist and direct members to the appropriate staff member to open accounts and certificate of deposits.
Keep members informed and explain credit union products and services, while actively cross-selling those services and products when appropriate.
Maintain a good working relationship with fellow staff members and provide assistance when needed.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least 1 year of related experience in a sales and service environment with face-to-face customer interaction and cash handling.
At least 1 year of experience in a goal-oriented sales environment.
Basic knowledge of credit union operations including new accounts, IRAs, loans, and share certificates.
Previous financial institution experience is preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
