BRANCH OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you'll coach staff, prepare branch incentive programs, assist in achieving annual branch goals, and support the introduction of new products and services. You'll also be responsible for providing assistance in resolving member issues, providing performance feedback for training development, and accounting for inventories of money orders, bank checks, and more.

In addition, you'll act as a Loan Officer, recommend process improvements to streamline operations, provide counseling for members on financial matters, and assist with fraudulent or forgery claims. You'll ensure that our members are provided with prompt and courteous service and cross-sell all credit union services. You'll also assist in the selection and hiring of branch staff members.

Branch Hours

Monday

• Friday: 9:00am

• 5:30pm

Saturday: 10:00am

• 2:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience in a financial institution or related field. Related work experience may be substituted, year for year, for educational requirements

Experience:

• One to two years of previous supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills

• One year of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry

• Successful competition of the in-house BAI Courses including Supervisory Training, Negotiable Instruments, Check 21 and position related courses
