Job Description:

As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will:

Answer incoming calls to the branch as well as receive clients, vendors and prospects, during normal business hours. This highly visible position requires a polished professional with superior, communication, customer service and organizational skill

  • Greet and direct incoming clients, visitors and business associates in a helpful, professional and pleasant manner.

  • Answer phone calls coming into the branch through a switchboard.

  • Answer inquiries from clients, prospective clients, and business associates; provides clients with quotes and current balances.

  • Plan, coordinate and arrange for vendor luncheons, client meetings, etc. Set up conference calls.

  • Sort, process and route incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Copy, fax, and file various materials as needed.

  • Order office supplies and call in repair requests for copier, printers, and fax machines.

  • Cashiering work. Entering checks, depositing, and reconciling daily.

  • Log Compliance files. File paperwork such as wires and branch manager daily reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we look for:

  • High School diploma required. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 or 2 year's previous customer service or administrative experience; preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills; excellent telephone and client service skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to be flexible.

  • Ability to handle clients professionally and manage challenging situations.

  • Working knowledge of MSOffice; Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks, either independently or with a team.

The City and County of Denver and Denver Human Services is seeking an Operational Super Hero to serve as Operations Coordinator for the Child Welfare Division. The Operations Coordinator supervises the administrative and operational functions for the recruitment, training and retention of Resource Families within the Child Welfare Division, including facilitating training, actively recruiting prospective applicants in the community, implementing retention activities, and program development. Generally, the Operations Coordinator will: * Create/revamp, implement, and facilitate Pressley Ridge Treatment Foster Care training for prospective resource families. * Monitor and document progress, participation, concerns of prospective resource families. * Actively engage in Foster Care Recruitment * Create, plan, implement programs/events to support retention of current foster parents. * Facilitate prospective resource family Informational Sessions in the community * Create, implement, and conduct prospective resource family pre-screen interview, create reports on interviews, and present the interview results with team. * Collect, maintain, and enter appropriate documentation. * Participate in the Therapeutic Foster Care program development and implementation. * Operate from a strength based, trauma informed perspective * Achieve continuous quality improvement. * Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and external clients. * Coordinate operational and/or administrative program/functional activities, services, and regulatory requirements and serves as a liaison and central point of contact between various sections/divisions, customers, business/community organizations, and/or other stakeholders. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
