BRANCH OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

You will create deep, trusted client relationships and empower the financial advisor (FA) within your assigned branch to focus on delivering customized, solutions-based advice to clients with exceptional service. People who thrive in this position generally demonstrate strengths in one or more of these professional roles:

  • Building the business/network for the FA by updating prospect/client records, executing direct-mail programs, planning seminars, making follow-up calls for appointments, recognizing new-business opportunities and facilitating branch business planning.

  • Conveying a welcoming presence while answering the phone, responding to client questions, greeting guests, and carrying out responsibilities that ensure a consistent appointment process.

  • Creating and meeting business plans, overseeing appointment-setting/schedules, and expanding client relationships.

  • Using our technology to make it easy for our clients to do business with us.

  • Supporting business and marketing activities to consistently grow the business and the opportunity to work with the FA and with Edward Jones while continuously improving the client experience and branch processes.

Engineering role will involve assisting in obtaining, coordinating and distributing the information and authorizations required to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified. Superintendent role requires maintaining daily contact with subcontractor's representatives, forepersons and other Turner Staff responsible for the protection and promotion of Turner Construction Company interests. Reports to: Project Engineer or Project Superintendent -- Engineering: Obtain information and approvals for processing of shop drawings and submittals. Distribute information required for construction to appropriate parties. Assist in the preparation of contract items list. Superintendent: Monitor field variations and keep the Project Superintendent informed of any changes. Ensure that sub-contractors understand job schedules and Make every effort to meet them. Ensure contractor compliance with Turners safety program and all applicable safety codes and regulations. Perform other duties as necessary. * Currently enrolled as an active student at a college or university offering degree programs; intense interest and passion for the Construction Industry and a desire to work in a team environment. Demonstrate leadership and Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs. -- Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud. Employees must occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds. This position does not provide relocation or housing assistance. *May perform other duties as necessary or required.
