Role Overview
Performs highly responsive, independent professional administrative services and support for the remote sales office needs ensuring these functions are performed efficiently and contribute to the attainment of company objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Coordinates key customer, coworker, partner meetings, events and workshops
Informs attendees of function dates and times, reserves and sets up meeting space, provides necessary ancillary equipment/materials, if required, and hospitality services when appropriate
Assists with Sales QBR's, and sales Leader Presentations and materials (formatting, preparing, proofreading, copying, assembling, binding etc)
Maintains department files and marketing materials
Maintains and orders office supplies
Verifies relevant office expenses and ensures that charges are made to the appropriate cost centers
Prepares office expenses
Orders promotional and company logo items for office as requested
Processes incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments and faxes
Monitors the appearance and maintenance of the office, coordinates resolution of maintenance and repairs and escalates as needed. Maintains corporate mapping tool. Facilitates seating changes and Management facility needs
Receives incoming telephone calls and visitors, provides assistance or directs to the appropriate office or person in the local office and provides back-up all other Remote CDW offices
Communicates in-person and through written and electronic correspondence with high-level contacts both inside and outside the organization, including coworkers, partners, vendors, and customers
Maintains confidentiality of contact information
Acts as an office liaison with other locations and supports corporate initiatives such as charitable contributions, volunteer activities and emergency response
Assists with local office orientation for new coworkers
Assists with seat assignments and updates corporate mapping tool
Provides support for community service projects and volunteer activities that are consistent with corporate goals and objectives
Maintains BOA process and training documentation
Participates in periodic branch office administrator team meetings. Independently seeks out information and training needed to perform responsibilities. Proactively shares best practices and resources with peer group

Education and/or Experience Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of 3-5 years in administrative support or customer service role. Significant experience using technology (i.e. multi-line phone systems, various online tools)
Other Required Qualifications
Advanced skills with MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple activities at once and work under deadlines
Ability to anticipate requirements and work independently to accomplish objectives
Excellent organization, event coordination skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and follow through
Excellent customer service
Knowledge of accounting systems and practices
Associate degree in a business related or accounting related program preferred.
