BRANCH OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

You will create deep, trusted client relationships and empower the financial advisor (FA) within your assigned branch to focus on delivering customized, solutions-based advice to clients with exceptional service. People who thrive in this position generally demonstrate strengths in one or more of these professional roles:

  • Building the business/network for the FA by updating prospect/client records, executing direct-mail programs, planning seminars, making follow-up calls for appointments, recognizing new-business opportunities and facilitating branch business planning.

  • Conveying a welcoming presence while answering the phone, responding to client questions, greeting guests, and carrying out responsibilities that ensure a consistent appointment process.

  • Creating and meeting business plans, overseeing appointment-setting/schedules, and expanding client relationships.

  • Using our technology to make it easy for our clients to do business with us.

  • Supporting business and marketing activities to consistently grow the business and the opportunity to work with the FA and with Edward Jones while continuously improving the client experience and branch processes.

VIEW JOBS 10/5/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-03T00:00 Position: Coordinator/Medical Office Nursing The essential duties and responsibilities of a Medical Office Coordinator include: * Supporting patient safety initiatives by maintaining an environment of safety for patients, self and others * Providing direct patient care while maintaining current skills and competencies required of the other Registered Nurses in the department * Identifying, coordinating, and conducting ongoing continuing education programs for the staff and organizing an annual competency fair * Coordinating clinical care and patient flow activities while ensuring that the care/service delivered to each patient is appropriate and in accordance with the physician's orders, departmental policies and in consideration of the patient's safety needs * Documenting any care provided in the patient's record * Assisting with the evaluation of the quality of the care/services provided, identifying any areas that need improvement and making the appropriate recommendations to address any quality deficiencies * Assisting in addressing any patient issues/complaints related to the care/services received * Participating in performance and quality improvement activities * Serving as the chair person for quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives * Assisting in and assigning responsibility for the PI data collection on a monthly basis * Maintaining an adequate inventory of clinical supplies and equipment and assisting with adherence to the budget, cost containment and product selection * Serving as a clinical and management resource for decision-making, problem solving and employee performance reviews * Serving as a liaison between the staff, physicians and the director * Preparing clinical staff time schedules, ensuring adequate staffing of the unit and providing assistance in covering staff absences * Assisting the manager as a time keeper for the unit * Advising the medical staff and the director about matters related to patient care and operations of the department * Serving as a role model to other staff in the unit * Assisting in the development and implementation of an orientation plan for new staff * Assisting in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures and ensuring that the clinical nursing staff is adhering to all of these policies and procedures. This includes JCAHO, OSHA and other regulatory standards * Establishing, maintaining and evaluating protocols, policies and procedures in conjunction with the physician staff * Recognizing, supporting, and utilizing evidence based nursing practices and adhering to the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics Other duties may be assigned. Candidate is required to have a Diploma, an Associate's degree (A.A.) or a Bachelor's degree (BSN), have a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina (RN NC LIC). Candidate is also required to have two (2) years of nursing experience with at least one (1) of those years in a medical office or outpatient setting.
