Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing all functions, staffing and efficient daily operations of a full service branch. Accountable for achieving annual revenues, sales and customer satisfaction targets and minimizing operational losses. Provides overall leadership for the branch. Understands and communicates and works to achieve the mission of the bank. Level assignment is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: scope and complexity of responsibility, market area, size of office, experience and expertise of manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ensures that the branch sales/service supports the overall corporate objective to provide superior service. Participates in selling Bank products and providing excellent customer service.

  • Plans, implements, and manages the operating and capital budgets to maximize branch profitability.

  • Directs branch business development through outside calls, in-branch selling, telemarketing, branch campaigns, and targeted direct mailing. Develops and manages an annual branch marketing plan with specific goals.

  • Ensures expansion of customer relationships through branch cross-selling activities.

  • Manages the branch portfolio for optimum performance.

Other Job Duties

  • Promotes staff development through training, cross-training, and career planning. Trains staff in the area of customer service, sales, operations, and Bank products. Ensures that ongoing sales and product service training is provided.

  • Participates in events that demonstrate support for the community and increase business opportunities for the Bank. Ensures compliance with CRA outreach programs.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

  • Typically requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline.

  • Requires 5-7 years minimum prior relevant experience.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Skills

  • Complete knowledge of sales, branch banking and consumer lending.

  • Working knowledge of the Bank's products (i.e., deposits, cash management, loans and other fee income generating products).

The Department of Corrections is seeking highly motivated and qualified professional to serve as a non-permanent case manager and coordinate various activities in support of the Substance Abuse Recovery Unit, located at the Yakima Criminal Justice Center in Yakima, WA. Our mission at the Department of Corrections is to 'improve public safety'. With a vast number of innovative sustainability programs, and evidence-based practices used to reduce recidivism, Washington State is highly regarded as a strong leader in the field of Corrections. This Program Specialist 3 opportunity is a project position. This non-permanent appointment is expected to last for six (6) months. The Program Specialist 3 is critical to the SOR program; providing individualized case management to persons under DOC supervision that have been assessed as having an Opioid Use Disorder. If you are an experienced case manager, with dynamic interpersonal skills, tenacious networking abilities, and have a heart for public service, you are strongly encouraged to apply! Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Associates Degree* with a Social Service or Criminal Justice focus from an accredited college whose accreditation is recognized by the US Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or a foreign equivalent. * Certification as a Chemical Dependency Professional (initial and continuous unencumbered licensure in Washington State). * Professional case management experience, working with adults * On the job experience in social services or the criminal justice field may substitute for a degree. In addition to: * Knowledge of, or experience with prisons and community corrections standards and rules. * Ability to work both independently, and within a team while exercising good judgement and promoting positive working relationships with offenders, staff, and stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college whose accreditation is recognized by the US Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or a foreign equivalent. * Professional experience and understanding of evidenced-based treatment delivery practices. * Professional experience using OMNI, SharePoint, Target, and other offender tracking systems. * Experience working in a Corrections environment.
