Apply in minutes from your mobile phone! Responsibilities Statewide Recruitment to fill multiple positions We are seeking a Branch Manager Trainee who thrives on the challenge of cultivating and growing a high-performance branch and team. Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem.

Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don't suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve. What You'll Do Manages the overall operations of all departments within a branch location including pest, WDO, sales and administration.

Oversees the activities and teaches good pest control practices and Clark's Policy to sales/service technicians. Skillfully prices, schedules and evaluates jobs and quality control. Performs other administrative tasks including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling and submitting a variety of reports and calling customers regarding call-backs and attempted stopped service.

Is responsible for accurately accounting for company funds received and/or spent during the course of business activities. Responsible for maintaining a fleet of vehicles and equipment and keeping them in a safe and operational condition. Must ensure that company policy is followed and that all employees have documented training on how to safely handle and dispose of all pesticides.

Responsible for hiring, promoting, discipline, growth and if necessary, termination of employees. Clark Pest Control has 29 locations spanning across California and into Reno, Nevada. Selected candidates will be placed as close to their desired location as possible:

Employees earn between $60k - $138k annually! Qualifications What You'll Need Must be able to read, write and speak English. Mathematical skills must be sufficient to permit accurate calculation of square feet, cubic feet, flow and coverage rates, mix ratios, room volumes, etc.

The ability to compile data and complete Clark Pest Control forms is required. Must have a thorough working knowledge of common household pests, their life cycles, habitats, food preferences, and approved control measures. Know, personally comply with, and enforces current regulations.

Must be familiar with the following: SPCB rules and regulations, MSDS, materials, spill abatement procedures, Clark paperwork, company policy, sexual harassment policy, the Corporate Safety Program, respirator policy, chemicals and equipment, writing an incident report; and have the ability to effectively train and guide everyone in the department in these areas. What's Required As a manager of a branch you must:

Hold a Branch II and III SPCB License. Hold required categories on Ag license. Understand and teach good customer service practices and skills to all employees.

Be able to train and supervise every job position in your branch. Be able to teach AG, pest, and termite sales. Be able to teach ethical pest control methods to all service personnel.

Have the ability to manage and motivate people of all different abilities. Have the ability to appropriately hire and terminate employees. Is responsible for workplace safety, safety training, and ensuring the safety of the public and employees as a first priority.

Education and Specifications Must hold one of the following: Branch II, Branch III, and/or Ag License. Nevada C1, C2, or C3 (Nevada only). You are expected to obtain one of the above licenses within 6 months of starting this position.

Attend regularly scheduled training sessions and maintain one of the following; Branch II, Branch III and/or Ag license with the appropriate categories from DPR. Nevada C1, C2 or C3 (Nevada only). Physical Demands Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
