Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you will manage sales strategies, policies, and initiatives to meet business objectives. You'll set short- and long-term sales goals, evaluate sales programs, and suggest product or service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential. This position will report directly to our Vice President of Sales and requires a strategic leader who can use their expertise to motivate, guide, and develop the team to meet company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual sales quotas and profit forecasts for assigned regions and territories.
  • Set sales objectives and create field sales action plans to drive results.
  • Track market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity to ensure competitive pricing and product mix.
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet their monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Work with the executive management team to analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the sales team in generating leads, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and execute new sales initiatives and strategies to capture key market segments.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales programs and team performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Manage sales processes, training, and staffing while fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Branch Sales Management experience, with oversight of at least 2-4 direct reports.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Experience with trade shows (2-4 years) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional time management and sales planning abilities.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and manage processes effectively.
  • Market knowledge, budget development, and staffing experience.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment. Employees are eligible for sick pay after 90 days and enjoy 7 paid holidays per year.
