We are currently searching for a Branch Manager with excellent management and branch sales experience to join our dynamic team!

You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of this Branch location. You will insure the branch effectively supports the organization's "brand" through its sales and service efforts while maintaining effective control over its operational aspects and exposure.

In this position, you will:

  • Be accountable for branch full oversight, including responsibility of ensuring branch is adequately staffed.

  • Institute a genuine sales and service culture with a sharp focus on providing Popular's clients with a best in class customerexperience that leaves a mark of authenticity, warmth, competence and simplicity.

  • Personally lead all sales activities for the branch, spending a significant amount of time outside of branch sourcing new relationships and cultivating existing ones.

  • Be responsible for all sales activities, with an emphasis on leveraging technology, and ensuring operational efficiency and policyadherence through leadership of Branch Supervisor, who reports directly to the Branch Manager and oversees daily branchoperations.

  • Build and manage a robust branch loan and deposit sales pipeline.

  • Mentor and develop branch staff through leadership by example of Popular's key Retail values: professionalism, accountability, and a keen focus on sales productivity and digital adoption.

  • Fully accountable for branch assessment, audits (internal or external), and BSA efforts.

  • Lead and develop Branch Supervisor to successfully oversee day to day branch operations with a strict focus on branch and BSA procedures.

  • Decision transaction approvals per empowerment matrix.

  • Act as primary escalation point for decisions and issues within branch.

  • Provide consistent feedback to all employees on performance, both against sales targets and adherence to Popular's brandstandards around consistently delivering a best in class customer experience.

  • Manage the Branch budget to meet branch revenue and expense objectives.

  • Lead employees to provide a superior level of customer satisfaction according to customer service standards.

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

To be considered, you will need:

  • Ability to effectively coach and lead your team to deliver/drive business to your Branch.

  • Strong business acumen with strong attention to operational policies and procedures combined with strong sales ability and persuasiveness.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years related management experience in financial services.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Department Description: The Change Management team oversees and manages the pace of change in the branch utilizing a transparent and controlled framework for field and LOBs. Given the risk of change within the branch environment, this team is highly visible and is seeking top performers who can engage quickly and deliver meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. Change Partners enable JPMorgan Chase Consumer Bank to deliver coordinated change and to achieve its strategic priorities through effective collaboration and the consistent application of change management practices through customer service expertise and branch knowledge and experience. Job Summary: We are currently seeking a talented Change Partner for our Columbus facility to support our digital and technology change requests. The Change Partner leads planning, tracking, execution and reporting activities associated with new change to the branch, specifically focused Chase Wealth Management. The Change Partner will provide critical daily engagement with Line of Business partners of changes with impact to Chase branch employees and Advisors, support areas, and customers/clients. Given heightened focus on risks and controls, you will also work with partners in Risk, Compliance, Controls and Branch Monitoring & Testing to ensure all changes both strengthen branch processes and provide the best possible employee and customer experience. This is a critical role; as such, you will be regularly interacting with line of business management and using your communication, presentation and influencing skills, to help negotiate solutions that will serve the best interests of branch employees, our customers, and the firm as a whole. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization and have meaningful impact to over 5,200 branches and 40,000 Bankers and 3,300 Advisors. As a team, we work together with Field and Branch Leadership to align changes as well as share best practices across all the lines of business within Consumer Banking and Chase Wealth Management who request changes impacting our branches and customers. The increase in need for change management is due to both the fast-paced changes being driven by Consumer Banking and Chase Wealth Management transformational goals/programs, as well as our risk and controls environment. We have tremendous success in partnering with different business units in addition, you will partner with Digital teams to ensure change management is being efficiently understood and managed. Key Responsibilities The Change Partner is the point person for changes related to multiple lines of business. You will investigate change requests with the goal of thoroughly understanding the field, branch, and customer experience impact and ensuring there is adequate process, systems, training, communication, and branch support to effectively execute and sustain the change. You will also work to ensure consistency in policy and process execution, and will facilitate with our Line of Business partners, the assessment of customer risk to ensure the firm and that we are striking the right balance between controlling risk and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the branches / branch operations and related technology systems experience / used within the branch and can quickly come up to speed on products, processes, and legal impacts. This role requires a highly organized person who excels at follow up and is able to work effectively across lines of business. The candidate must be comfortable escalating concerns both within the project team and to senior management. As such, the person must possess very strong communication and presentation skills. * <li> Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. * 2 years of branch process experience (knowledge of consumer products, branch banking account opening, and operations preferred, etc.).
