The Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor branch office staff
Execute daily operations of the branch
Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives
Hire, develop, and train full time employees
Manage branch P&L
Ensure compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as Malone and their customers' policies and practices
Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships
The Requirements:
2-5 years of previous management or leadership experience
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Experience in the staffing industry, recruitment and/HR is a plus, but not required
Must have previous customer service experience, account management experience is preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be a polished and professional communicator in both written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Proficient with computers and with Microsoft programs
Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
