We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager for our Bel Air, MD location. This position reports directly to our Chief Administration Officer with a dotted line to a Regional Branch Manager.

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of their branch. The primary responsibilities include managing resources and staff, becoming active in their branch's community, developing and attaining sales goals, growing the branch's revenues and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. We are looking for an individual that will drive and lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a banking environment. Prior supervisory experience and operational experience recommended.

  • Possess a sense of community; We firmly believe that we're only as strong as the communities we serve. Your involvement is an important part of who we are.

  • Ability and experience developing and expanding customer relationships and creating a positive customer experience.

  • Effectively communicate with customers and employees.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in the achievement of branch sales, service, and operational objectives.

  • Experience in developing and expanding customer relationships a plus.

  • Must have a basic knowledge of the operation of the following equipment and software applications: Teller software, Microsoft 365 programs such as: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and other software applications used by the Bank.
