Job Summary: Branch Manager - GTA - HVAC

Our client is looking for a new Branch Manager to lead one of their GTA branch locations supplying HVAC materials to the contractors. If you're eager to make a positive impact while leading a dedicated team, this role is tailor-made for you!

As a leader, you'll foster a positive, productive, and transparent work environment, managing and developing direct reports, and promoting a balanced team atmosphere. Your influence will extend to providing strategic direction for efficient warehouse operations.

What You Bring:

Your business expertise, a proven track record in senior management with profit/loss responsibilities, a minimum of five years leading a business-to-business sales team, and strong business acumen. Your exceptional leadership skills, proficiency in professional sales, and a valid driver's license with the flexibility to travel within the region are essential.
