Develop and support a strong needs-based sales environment by modeling the right behaviors, conducting sales meetings, and individual coaching sessions with behavioral action plans.
Seek new business from customers and prospects by completing a minimum of two outside business calls weekly within community/branch market.
Supervise, evaluate, inform, and provide direction to branch Associates.
Assist with the development of goals and plans of action consistent with Bank objectives.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly branch audits, including the quarterly branch scorecard.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Requires 2 or more years of banking or management experience at a financial institution.
