Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Manager.
As a Branch Manager, you will:
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Assist management in developing and communicating overall sales direction and market strategy
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors
Identify new product/business opportunities based on customer needs on an ongoing basis
Responsible for the daily operations
Develop a productive team by hiring, training, and providing professional development
Manage weekly work schedule and labor costs of associates
Prior industry related experience is a plus
1-3 years' experience managing people is strongly preferred
Communication skills (oral and written)
Judgment and decision-making ability
Ability to interpret marketing reports, analyzing business groups, products, and customers
