Position Summary:

Dover Food Retail (DFR) has two exciting career opportunity for a Branch Manager, based out of Phoenix, AZ and Chino, CA. This critical role is an integral part of the Aftermarket Services (AMS) part of the DFR portfolio. DFR is the leading manufacturer of Display Cases, Specialty Products, Refrigeration Systems, Power Systems and Comprehensive Services under brands such as HillPhoenix and Anthony.

Reporting to the Vice President of AMS, you will establish business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with peers, employees and cross-functional teams.

Our Director of Shared Services is a critical strategic partner ensuring a solid infrastructure and compensation strategy across DFR. You will have the opportunity to create something uniquely tailored to the needs of the business, partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations and drive critical projects to enable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be capable of translating objectives and needs into deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).

  • Proven experience working with customers in key areas, including the business practices, lifecycle management, and regulatory/industry compliance practices as well as managing complex multi-year contractual engagements. Experience in working effectively in a multi-channel selling environment is critical.

  • Success delivering business objectives through effective cross-functional and regional relationship building

  • Demonstrated ability to direct market sales in technical areas

  • Capture and Commercialize critical customer opportunities

  • Drive and deliver customer issue project management and escalation

  • Drive and deliver sales/operational levers to meet forecast

  • Hire, assess, develop and grow marketing talent within the region and build world class marketing capabilities, processes and tools

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (i.e. Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • 8+ years of experience leading a Commercial Organization
  • 5+ year of experience owning and delivering a P&L
  • Demonstrated experience running a robust SIOP process

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding and use of KPI's

  • Knowledge of Lean methodology/industry relevant certifications (i.e. LEAN, CPIM, APICS, Six Sigma)

  • Experience leading a project and/or lifecycle business

  • Advanced Degree (MBA or MS)

  • Working in a collaborative team and balancing the needs of individual stakeholders while delivering corporate objectives.

  • High level of motivation, being a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate in a global matrix organization structure

  • Flexible workspaces and work hours that will allow you to unleash the best you

  • Travel Required up to 50%; mainly within the Americas
