Leadership opportunity on a dedicated/longstanding construction client
Jurisdictions: Nationwide

Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.
How you'll make an impact
Supervise: leads a branch in performance of all claim handling related functions.
Drive Talent: Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Training: Participates in training of various positions within the branch.
Promote Best Practices: Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB's Best Practices.Demonstrates a thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
Utilize Technology: Harness the power of Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and overall quality of service.
Performance Management: Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency. Defines branch goals and communicate them throughout the branch.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner. Directly and actively engages with clients, Account Management, sales and other parties to continually refine the branches understanding of client requirements.
About You
Ideal candidates for this position will have:
Claims Background:
highly technical claims background in construction defect required
ability to interpret and apply policy language to make coverage determinations is key
client experience with home builders/developers
highly experienced in high exposure construction claims
Prior leadership experience: Preferred
Jurisdictional Experience: Nationwide
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and 15 years related claim experience required.
At least 5 of supervisor experience required.
Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled. Knowledge of all team member related functions.
