Position Description: Our client is a well established company with years of providing Commercial Landscape services. They plan to hire an experienced Branch Manager who can manage and grow the entire operation which includes landscape maintenance, landscape enhancements and irrigation services.

In total, the branch generates approximately $4mm in total revenue and management believes that with the right leadership, this branch can grow significantly.

The BM will be responsible for the entire P&L of the Branch. They will be in charge of building teams/crews, set weekly/monthly goals, train and enforce policies and procedures, establish and monitor budgets, drive profitability and margin expansion, manage vendor relations, drive revenue growth, establish cost controls and will improve overall client satisfaction and retention.

This branch has 2 Account Managers and several Ops Managers and it is important to develop a culture of accountability, open communication and team work.

They will manage scheduling, routing, estimating, cost controls, account management and other functions of the branch. Utilizing their software will help to create greater consistency, visibility and accountability and should enable the BM to spot trends early to be addressed.

The ability to train employees on safety protocols, proper usage of equipment, proper maintenance of equipment, documentation, account management and sales is very important.

This position pays a base salary ranging from $105k- 110k with variable bonus based on hitting specific KPIs .

It also includes a take home vehicle, health benefits, Cell, Laptop, PTO and additional perks.

This is a leadership role which requires someone who has the drive to grow the local market which has huge upside potential.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork is important for our business to grow. This individual will communicate with both local and national account customers within the transportation industry.</p><p>What Youll Do on a Typical Day:</p><ul><li><p>Ensures profitability by meeting the branches monthly and yearly profitability goals.</p></li><li><p>Ensures revenue growth by meeting the branches monthly and yearly revenue goals.</p></li><li><p>Implements and evaluates the branch operational practices for commercial, industrial, and mechanical lines of business.</p></li><li><p>Provides sales staff support and supervision through service quotes, product look-ups, and alleviating any customer disputes or requests, etc.</p></li><li><p>Manages and maintains inventory according to company standards.</p></li><li><p>Conducts daily reviews of Invoice Register, Warehouse, Service Bays, and Equipment in order to ensure safety, compliance, cleanliness, and organization are met.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for maintaining up to date employee administrative files to include DOT Med Cards, TIA certifications, forklift safety, etc.</p></li><li><p>Ensures FleetSMART compliance for accuracy and invoicing.</p></li><li><p>Review MCSN and SFS Business Assessment for compliance, as well as monitor non-moving inventory items.</p></li><li><p>Works with the Regional Sales Manager to hire, retain, train, and manage the productivity and professional development of employees</p></li><li><p>Ensures FleetSMART compliance for accuracy and invoicing.</p></li><li><p>Establish branch goals and objectives, which are in line with the regions and companys goals.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for locations P&amp;L, employee payroll/overtime, and overall expenses.</p></li><li><p>Ensure branch has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Conduct safety meetings for the Branch and perform facility check list.</p></li><li><p>Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE and demonstrate safety conscious mindset.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform.</p></li><li><p>Adheres to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.</p></li></ul><p>Work will be a combination of office and service shop/warehouse setting. This will be at one of our commercial/industrial tire and or mechanical truck service centers.
