Bloom Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading landscape management company seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations, drive business growth, and cultivate a strong team culture. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing field operations, staff management, financial performance, and customer relationships. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability while maintaining the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support field and management teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational best practices.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, maintaining efficiency in production standards, training, and safety compliance.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and swift resolution of concerns.
• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L performance, sales efforts, budgeting, and forecasting to drive branch profitability.
• Growth & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, develop market strategies, and contribute to overall company growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in branch management, operations, or business development, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive).
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Horticulture, Environmental Sciences, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $70k - $90k
