Organize, operate and run the business with a focus on marketing and customer service.

Hire, train and manage all Sales, Installation and Administrative staff. Ensure the successful completion of installations and ultimate customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed installation and sales projections.

Drive lead generation and sales conversion, while optimizing operations delivery. Communicate regularly and openly with all stakeholders. Maintain and share with higher management an accurate pipeline report that honestly forecasts future commercial business while driving residential follow up.

Develop best practices that will add to the foundation of this rapid growth company. Perform in high pressure, fast growth environment. Build meaningful relationships with internal and external clients.

What is the ideal profile for this position? Experienced in operations management. Experienced in leading & developing a high performing sales team.

Strong leadership skills. Passion for home improvement/construction industry. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
