Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. Make decisive decisions and take action to overcome challenges and obstacles. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the branch.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. Manage scheduling to optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity. Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supply levels and minimize waste.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance performance and development. Qualifications: High level of assertiveness, drive, and determination to achieve results. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving performance and engagement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others effectively.

Must have Clean/Valid DL Must pass background and drug screen $80,000 annual and quarterly performance bonuses Your success in this role will be evaluated based on your ability to: Guide, oversee, and ensure accountability Manage the branch’s financial performance Execute and adhere to established procedures Cultivate and sustain a positive work environment & healthy culture Optimize schedules to enhance efficiency and boost productivity.
