This role is responsible for supporting daily operations of the local branch office and delivering customer happiness through effective communication, problem solving, and efficient processes. This role is not eligible for telecommuting.


  • Answer incoming patient and referral source calls received at the local branch related to new orders, and ongoing patient service needs such as troubleshooting, order status and other general inquiries.

  • Complete outbound calls to patient and referral sources regarding order receipt confirmation, documentation requirements, insurance benefits, patient scheduling, order status and patient Wellness Calls.

  • Review incoming faxed orders and determine action to be taken.

  • Collaborate with back-office qualification teams to facilitate timely processing of orders.

  • Partners with Sales team to obtain complete and accurate documentation based on payor and other regulatory requirements.

  • Greets and supports walk in customers.

  • May assist with coordination of patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes, including assembly of paperwork instructions and other non-licensed activities as defined by policy.

  • May conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment as directed.

  • Handle requests for audit and documentation purposes.

  • Collect payment and billing information as needed.

  • Order inventory or office supplies.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Required Qualifications


Education and/or Experience

  • Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.

  • At least two years related experience in an office environment is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. This position also may require the occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.

VIEW JOBS 7/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-10-09T00:00 JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Prepare and maintain DOT driver and carrier files. Maintain audit ready status. Work with facility management to ensure compliance is timely, consistent, and correct. Recommends corrective action to transportation management related to DOT compliance, on-road safety, etc. * Execute DOT required polices: drug testing, new driver screening, accident reporting, etc. * Develop and teach DOT FMCSA training for drivers and management. Oversee onboarding of all new drivers. * Drive improvement to FMCSA score and driver safety (both DOT & OSHA). Advise CSMI management on issues within scope of duties. * Administer CSMI trucking systems: fuel cards, driver bonuses, ELD's (omnitracs), insurance claims, etc. Ensure systems are functioning properly. Resolve issues with vendors and drivers. * Proactively investigate and recommend process and system improvements that will reduce cost, improve quality, improve safety, and improve on-time performance across the fleet. * Responsible for proper trucking cost allocation between facilities (Ryder bills, fuel bills, and misc. charges). * Maintain vehicle insurance, permits, licenses, registrations, etc. for all CSMI vehicles. * Assist with accident investigations and handle claims for trucking related property & vehicle damage * Assist with trucking Worker's Comp claims. * Audit compliance programs, mitigate driver risk, conduct driver ride-alongs, prepare tracking reports, and improve driver safety overall. * Assists with quarterly driver meetings and performs any other related duties as required or assigned. * Responsible for processing driver applications and for insuring the application is in compliance with company policies. * Order MVR and investigate driver's backgrounds to include a criminal search and verification of previous employment. * Complete a monthly audit of all compliance documents. * Track and ensure compliance of items subject to expiration such as CDLs, medical cards, truck registrations, annual inspections, and insurance certificates. * Follow the procedures for driver and/or truck terminations. Collect documents such as company placards, fuel cards and make certain the escrow account is updated and correct. * Responsible for the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) program. This includes verifying the drivers have submitted the trip and fuel information for processing. * Responsible for managing the Roadside Inspection program, using DOT's compliance portal, tracking all roadside inspections, collecting repair documentation and remedial training from terminals, sending all documentation to the state agencies and entering data in a tracking database. Operations: * Problem solving activities for quality, production, quality issues lead for the area. Understand a structured process to solve problems with root cause and validated corrective actions.
